Returns & Exchanges
Each Atlas Stitch item is made to order, which helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction. Because of this, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, wrong size selected, or wrong color selected.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@atlasstitchcompany.comor using the Contact Us form. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
