Every Atlas Stitch piece is made to order with intention. Below you’ll find details on production, shipping, sizing, care, returns, and what to do if something isn’t right with your order.
Orders & Production
Yes. Each Atlas Stitch piece is made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.
This helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create each item with more intention. Because our products are made after purchase, they are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges for size, color, fit preference, or change of mind.
Made to order means your item is produced after checkout rather than pulled from a large warehouse of pre-made inventory.
For tees, this usually means the item is printed after purchase. For hats and caps, this usually means the item is embroidered after purchase. Once production is complete, your order is shipped and tracking details are sent by email.
Because Atlas Stitch items are made to order, there are two parts to the timeline: production time and shipping time.
Production time is the time it takes to make your item after your order is placed. Shipping time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package after the item has been produced.
Delivery timing may vary by product, destination, carrier, and season. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
We are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Production and shipping times can vary depending on the item, destination, carrier, and season.
If you are ordering for a specific date or event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. This can happen when products are made in different production facilities or require different production methods.
If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Shipping for U.S. orders under $75 and for international orders is calculated at checkout.
Yes. We ship internationally to eligible destinations.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, order size, carrier, and service level.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or local handling fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are explicitly shown as prepaid or included at checkout.
Customs and import rules vary by country. Some international orders may be assessed duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges when they arrive.
These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and are outside of Atlas Stitch’s control unless they are specifically shown as prepaid at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package. Tracking may take longer to update during high-volume seasons or international transit.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
• Your shipping address
• Mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, or building reception, as applicable
• Porch, side door, garage, or alternate delivery location
• Neighbors or household members
• Your local carrier or post office

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com with your order number and tracking information.
Please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Atlas Stitch pieces are made to order, so we do not accept standard returns for change of mind, fit preference, wrong size selected, wrong color selected, duplicate orders, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges for size, color, fit preference, or change of mind.

Because each Atlas Stitch item is made to order, we are not able to refund or exchange items when the wrong size was selected at checkout.

In many damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect-item cases, photos are enough for us to review the issue. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges for size, color, fit preference, or change of mind.
They are still covered by our quality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Sizing & Fit
Our tees are designed with a classic unisex fit. They are relaxed through the body without feeling oversized — not boxy, not slim.
For a standard fit, choose your usual size. If you are between sizes or prefer extra room, we recommend sizing up.
For the best fit, compare the product’s garment measurements to a T-shirt you already own and like.
Garment width is measured across the chest from side seam to side seam. Body length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Because each item is made to order, we recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
If you prefer a closer fit, choose your usual size. If you prefer more room through the body or plan to layer, size up.
Atlas Stitch tees use pre-shrunk fabric, but cotton garments may still change slightly with washing.
To help preserve the fit and print, wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Avoid high heat.
Atlas Stitch hats and caps are one size and adjustable.
Please check the product page for specific fit details. If a cap has a structured, unstructured, low-profile, or adjustable fit note, that information will be listed on the product page.
Product Care
To help preserve the fit, fabric, and print:
• Machine wash cold
• Wash inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly over the print
To help preserve the embroidery and shape of your hat, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed.
Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron the embroidered area.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com.
Because Atlas Stitch items are made to order, we can only cancel an order before it enters production. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com.
We can only make changes before the order enters production. Once production begins, we may not be able to change the size, color, item, or design.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com.
We can only update a shipping address before the order enters production or ships. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Atlas Stitch is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. If an order is returned or undeliverable because of an address error, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Payments & Checkout
You are charged when your order is placed. Atlas Stitch does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring purchases, or deferred-purchase products.

All current Atlas Stitch products are standard one-time purchases.
Atlas Stitch accepts major payment methods shown at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, and other supported digital payment options.
We also accept cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin and Ethereum where available at checkout.

Product prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. If you choose to pay with Bitcoin or Ethereum, the cryptocurrency amount will be calculated by the payment processor during checkout.

No. Please do not send cryptocurrency directly outside of checkout.
Crypto payments must be completed through the official checkout process so your payment can be matched to your order. Payments sent outside of checkout may not be traceable to an order and may not be recoverable.

Atlas Stitch currently highlights Bitcoin and Ethereum. Unsupported coins, tokens, or networks should not be sent, as they may not be accepted or recoverable.
Please follow the checkout instructions carefully when paying with cryptocurrency.
If the wrong amount, unsupported currency, unsupported token, or wrong network is used, the payment may fail, be delayed, or be unrecoverable. Atlas Stitch is not responsible for crypto payments sent incorrectly or outside the official checkout flow.
If a cryptocurrency-paid order is eligible for a refund under our Returns & Exchanges Policy, the refund method and amount will be handled according to the payment processor’s refund process.
Because cryptocurrency values can fluctuate, refunds may not equal the same amount of Bitcoin or Ethereum originally sent. Refunds, when approved, are generally based on the original order value rather than later market movement.
Where available at checkout, Bitcoin and Ethereum may be used for eligible domestic or international orders.
International orders may still be subject to shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or local handling fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are explicitly shown as prepaid or included at checkout.
Cryptocurrency transactions may involve network fees, gas fees, miner fees, conversion fees, or payment processor fees. Any fees shown or required during checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Atlas Stitch does not control blockchain network fees.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through the checkout payment provider. Atlas Stitch does not ask customers to send Bitcoin or Ethereum directly outside of checkout.
