Shipping policy

Made to Order

Each Atlas Stitch piece is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Processing Time

Because each item is made to order, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time may vary depending on the product, season, and order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States: 3-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

For U.S. orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to eligible destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

- Destination country
- Order size and weight
- Shipping method selected

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Atlas Stitch does not control these charges, and they vary by country.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please:

1. Check your shipping address for accuracy
2. Check with neighbors, building management, or local post office
3. Contact your local carrier directly

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com. We will review the issue and help where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Atlas Stitch is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at hello@atlasstitchcompany.com. We can only update an address before the order enters production.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. This can happen when products are made in different production facilities or require different production methods. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Delivery Guarantee

Atlas Stitch does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If you are ordering for a specific date or event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
